Muir Coincidence

Tuesday, April 28, 2015. We just returned from a great trip to Hawaii. We stayed at the Disney Aulani resort for the first 2 nights, and then we moved to a condo on the North Shore. I have had a few people ask me about Aulani, so I thought it might be worth it to write my thoughts.

I have always been a creative soul. Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Peanut Butter Coconut Snack Bars. Very rich snack full of healthy goodness. 1-2 TBL powdered coconut cream. Add tsp of salt if using unsalted Peanut Butter. Mix coconut cream in bowl with hot water. Add peanut butter and salt. Pour into low container with lid. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
